2.2. Communication with potential customers
When you have questions about our site, or want to hear more about our services, you can contact us via:
- Contact form
- Phone
Through this we process your personal data so that we can engage in a dialogue with you – for example answer questions about our services. We only process the information you give us in connection with our communication.
We typically process the following ordinary data: name, email, phone number, address.
Our legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We delete our communication with you once it becomes clear whether you want our services or not. Should there be a special need to keep your personal data for longer, this may be the case.
2.3. Customers
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that the service is delivered correctly. Through this we may process information about name, address, services, special agreements, payment information and the like.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Once the service has been delivered and any outstanding matters are settled, we will delete the personal data shortly thereafter.
2.4. Newsletter
We have a newsletter that is voluntary to subscribe to – and you can always unsubscribe again.
The purpose of the newsletter is to send subscribers emails with new information from the company, which may concern new content on the website or announcements of our services.
We only send emails if you have given your active consent. This requires you to provide your email address, to which we then send a confirmation email. In this way we ensure that you have actually subscribed to the newsletter yourself.
Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We process your personal data for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. If we have not sent you a newsletter for 1 year, your consent lapses due to our inactivity. On unsubscription we keep your now former consent for 2 years after it was last used, due to limitation requirements.
2.5. Bookkeeping
We must keep all accounting records pursuant to the Danish Bookkeeping Act. This means we store invoices and similar records for accounting purposes. These may contain ordinary personal data such as name, address and service description.
Our legal basis for processing personal data for bookkeeping is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We keep this information for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the current financial year.
2.6. Job applications
We are happy to receive job applications in order to assess whether they match an employment need in our company.
Our legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
If you have sent an unsolicited application, we will immediately assess whether your application is relevant, and then delete your data if there is no match. If you have sent an application for an advertised job, we dispose of your application if you are not hired, and immediately after the right candidate is found.
If you enter a recruitment process and/or are hired, we will give you separate information about how we process your personal data in this connection.
3. Data processors
Few can handle everything themselves, and the same applies to us. We therefore have partners and use suppliers, some of which may be data processors.
External suppliers may, for example, provide systems to organise our work, services, advice, IT hosting or marketing.
It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed properly. We therefore set high requirements for our partners, and our partners must guarantee that your personal data is protected.
We enter into agreements with companies (data processors) that handle personal data on our behalf, in order to enhance the security of your personal data.

In some cases this is not possible, and here data processors outside the EU/EEA may be used, provided they can give your personal data adequate protection.
7. Processing security
We keep the processing of personal data secure by having implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures.
We have carried out risk assessments of our processing of personal data and have subsequently implemented appropriate measures to increase processing security.
One of our most important measures is to keep our employees up to date on the GDPR through ongoing awareness training, GDPR courses and by reviewing our GDPR procedures with employees.
